The wet granulator can be used for mixing materials. The process is to make the powder wet gradually with the injection of adhesive and the shape of material changes.
The cutter on the horizontal axis of the wall rotates with the mixing blade at the same time, generating eddy current, so that the material is mixed, flipped and collided fully.
When the flipped mass material passes through the high-speed rotating chopper area, it is fully broken into particles by the chopper.
At the same time, the granules extrude, collide, rub, shear and kneading each other in the three-dimensional movement, which makes the granules more delicate.
The equipment can complete the mixing, humidifying and granulating processes at one time, with good granulating effect and no cross infection, meeting the GMP standard.
The whole equipment includes feeding system, mixing system, injection system, cutter system, wet granulating system and control system.
