Galbino G-A1-1-HSD series Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer is one of the new breeds of state-of-the-art steam sterilizer with large size capacity while offering automatic horizontal sliding door, intelligent control, reliable operation and easy maintenance, which is suitable for the high-level customer with large scales. It is developed according to the latest requirements of medical institution and CSSD.

Galbino G-A1-1-HSD series Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer can be widely used in biological engineering, health care, animal laboratory, pharmaceutical industry for the sterilization of biological products, containers, sterile clothing, medical equipment, medical dressings and other items.

The design of Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer chamber accords with FDA and European EN285. EC19723 standard.

Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer features:

◆ Automatic horizontal sliding door

The doors are automatic horizontal sliding, driven by electric motor and belt, which realizes intelligent control, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The door operation is carried out on touch screen ensures operators no need to touch the door any more.

◆ Superb chamber machining and welding process

The acid-proof stainless-steel chamber and jacket are automatically robot-welded to guarantee long time and trouble-free operation.

◆ Nice chamber design of Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer

Surface Smoothness, Ra≤0.5; No welding part or bolt in the chamber which effectively protects the items to be sterilized. Steam baffle plates are surrounded by silicon rubber protecting the chamber surface. Concave structure in middle chamber ensures the condensate water thoroughly drained and dried.
